Buřinka has been helping to finance better housing for children and adults since 1994. This helps turn housing into homes. Her goal is that one day there will be a Buřinka in every family that will live and live better because of her. The bank makes products and services simple and easy for customers to understand.
Basic parameters of the loan
At Stavební spořitelna České spořitelny you can arrange mortgages from CZK 300,000. The upper limit of the loan is without limit. The term of the mortgage can be from 5 to 30 years. The maximum age for mortgage repayment is 72 years (note: 75 years if the loan is unsecured and without real estate collateral). The mortgage can be obtained up to 90% LTV. The client does not set up an account with Stavební spořitelna České spořitelny and repays the loan from any of his/her accounts.

- There is also a “mortgage without property” – the client can approve a mortgage now and find a property within two years
0.1% for arranging credit insurance.
