A zoning plan is a document that sets out the uses to which zoning districts may be put and under what conditions. It is a conceptual document whose purpose is to ensure the sustainable development of the municipality. When you want to build, the zoning plan is the first document you need to consult.
When you say spatial planning
A zoning plan is part of the spatial planning documentation and is issued for the territory of a particular municipality. It is issued by the municipal council in the form of a measure of a general nature and comes into force on the fifteenth day after the date of posting the public notice on the official notice board.

Spatial planning is an instrument of state administration for the development of a certain area, it is regulated by the Building Act. Changes in the zoning plan are one of the powers of the municipality, as well as the municipality decides within the zoning plan on the area designated for development, as well as areas for redevelopment and areas for public utility buildings.
The current zoning plan is stored and available for inspection at the relevant municipal and building office, the planning office (municipality with extended jurisdiction) and the regional office under whose jurisdiction the municipality falls.
