Every year we file a tax declaration to report taxable income. Both citizens and legal entities are obliged to complete the tax return.
What is a tax declaration?
A tax declaration is an act of a citizen or a legal entity towards the state when a citizen (or a legal entity) declares income subject to tax assessed by the state. In the tax return, the tax is calculated and then compared with the tax paid in advance.

When to file my tax declaration?
Income tax declarations are always submitted in paper form by 31 March; the deadline for electronic submission is one month longer. If you use a tax advisor or lawyer to file your personal income tax return, you have until the end of June.
How do I fill in my tax return?
Ideally, you should use an interactive form where you just fill in your income and expenses. Those who do not have the option to use this form will need the traditional paper form, the Personal Income Tax Return.
