A building with a registration number is a temporary building or a building that is not intended for permanent housing, so it can be, for example, a cottage or a cottage. You will find it on a green board with white numbers.
How to find out the registration number?
Houses are marked with numbers for identification and registration purposes, but also for the purposes of the post office, municipal administration, population register, etc. Registration numbers, like descriptive numbers, are assigned by the municipal authority either on the basis of a written request from the building authority or on the basis of a written request from the owner of the building. You will then find it on a green plate with white numbers.
