The basic information about a particular property is the area of the plot, which can be found in the land register and represents the total area of the land.
What is a parcel exchange?
The cadastral area is the expression of the areal content of the diameter of a parcel of land in the imaging plane in areal metric units. The basis for the calculation is the geometric and positional determination of the parcel. It is determined in whole m2 and the permitted multiple is hectares.
The size of the plot can be changed, it is not a figure that is unchangeable. A change can occur even if the boundaries of the plot remain unchanged, e.g. if the geometric and positional definition of the plot changes.

Where can I find the area of the plot?
You can find the size of a specific parcel on the extract from the Land Registry or in the data about the parcel listed in the application Viewing the Land Registry.
